The pitch, in one paragraph
We control every step from log to loaded container: sawmill, kilns, glue press, planing, sanding, quality control and packing — all in one facility 40 km from the Vladivostok commercial port. That means shorter lead times, no third-party middlemen, and complete traceability from finished panel back to the FSC forest lot.
Full facility tour, capacity numbers and equipment list expanding through Phase 3.
Production stage
Sawmill & log yard
Logs arrive graded and metered from FSC-certified concessions in Primorsky Krai. Butt-end scanning + optimized break-down cutting keep yield above 45% on lamella stock.
Production stage
Dry kilns
Two 110 m³ dehumidification kilns run continuous schedules for oak and ash lamella. Target moisture 8 ± 2%, verified with pin meters on every pack before it leaves the kiln room.
Production stage
Glue press & jointing line
Finger-jointing on end-grain and edge-glue press on wide panels. PVA D3/D4 for interior grades; MUF (melamine-urea-formaldehyde) available for humid-service or export-grade panels.
Production stage
Planing & sanding
Two 4-side moulders for T&G, planken and skirting profiles. Wide-belt sanding to 120/150/180 grit depending on the finish specification.
Production stage
Quality control
Every panel is inspected against grade rules (A/A, A/B, B/B, Rustic), moisture-metered a second time, dimensionally checked, and packed for the ordered destination market. Photos of production go with every RFQ we accept.
